Tap-to-Call Codes for Every Number on Your List

Bulk call codes are for organizations with more than one phone line. A franchise wants every store sign to ring that store. A rental company puts a sticker on each machine with the number of the depot that services it. A sales team needs a code for each rep's direct line. Bulk mode turns a column of numbers into a set of codes that open the dialer with the number ready. It is free, needs no sign-up, and the static codes never expire. Your list is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

The One Column You Need

ColumnWhat to enterExample
Phone Number (required)The full number, starting with + and the country code+1 555 0100

The Country/Area Code picker from the single page is not part of the bulk table. Write the country code into each number instead, so +1 555 0100 rather than 555 0100.

How to Create Call Codes in Bulk

  1. Fill the table with your numbers. Copy the number column from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it into the first cell, or click Import CSV. The CSV template has a single phone header, and Load example fills in three numbers.
  2. Look at the count above the results. Blank rows are ignored, so the number of codes ready should match your list. A row the page flags needs fixing before it goes into the ZIP.
  3. Set the design once. Pick colors, a logo, and a frame for the whole set, and choose a large size if the codes are headed for signs.
  4. Choose file names and format. Best match names files after the number, or choose Row number only for plain 001, 002 names. Pick PNG, SVG, or JPG.
  5. Click Download all (.zip). One image per number, plus content.csv.

Use Cases

  • Franchise and branch signs. Each location's window sign or flyer calls that location, not the head office.
  • Equipment and rental stickers. Every machine carries a code for the depot or technician responsible for it.
  • Real estate sign riders. A brokerage can print a code for each agent's mobile on their listing signs.
  • Service vans. A fleet gets one code per vehicle, each ringing the driver or the regional dispatcher.

Tips

  • Use full international format in every row. It keeps calls working for visitors on foreign SIMs, and a missing plus sign is easy to spot when you sort the column.
  • Remove duplicates first. Sorting the column in your spreadsheet shows numbers that appear twice.
  • Ring a sample. Scan three or four codes from the ZIP and let each call go through before you print hundreds.
  • Size for distance. Codes on vans and storefronts are scanned from farther away, so print them big and keep strong contrast.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add the country code without the picker?

Type it at the start of each number, such as +1 555 0100. The bulk table has a single Phone Number column and no country picker, so the plus sign and country code belong in the cell itself. A list exported without them needs that prefix added before you paste.

How do I tell which file belongs to which branch?

With Best match, each file is named after its phone number, for example 001-1-555-0100.png. The ZIP also contains content.csv, which lists each row number, the number, the encoded tel: content, and the file name. Keep your branch list in the same order as the table and the row numbers line up.

Can I make the codes large enough for vans and storefront signs?

Yes. Pick a size preset of 300, 512, 1,000, or 2,000 px, or enter a custom size up to 4,000 px. For the largest prints, choose SVG, which stays sharp at any size. The size and format apply to every code in the batch.

Is there a limit on how many numbers I can add?

No. Add as many rows as you need. Thumbnails appear for the first 100 valid rows, and the ZIP includes every valid row. Very long lists are limited only by your device's memory.
