Cash App QR Codes for a Whole Team

Bulk Cash App codes make sense when money goes to many different Cashtags. Think of a barbershop where every barber rents a chair, a food hall where each stall takes its own payments, or a valet crew where each driver keeps their tips. Put every $Cashtag in one column and you get a separate code for each person in a single ZIP. There is no charge and no sign-up. The codes are static, so they never expire, and the list is handled in your browser and never uploaded.

What to Enter

ColumnWhat to enterExample
Cashtag (required)A $Cashtag, with or without the $$shopone

Each row becomes a link to that person's cash.app payment page.

How It Works

  1. Collect the Cashtags. Paste a column from Excel or Google Sheets into the first cell, use Import CSV, or fill in the CSV template (header cashtag). Load example fills in three sample tags.
  2. Check the total. Blank rows are skipped, so the "QR codes ready" count should equal the number of people on your list.
  3. Set one design. Choose foreground and background colors, add your shop logo, add a frame, and pick a size. Every card in the batch will match.
  4. Name and format. Best match names each file after its Cashtag, so $shopone becomes 001-shopone.png. Choose PNG, SVG, or JPG.
  5. Download all (.zip). Hand each person their own file, or print the whole set.

Use Cases

  • Chair-rental barbershops and salons. A card at each station sends payments and tips to the stylist working that chair.
  • Food halls. Every stall gets a counter card for its own Cashtag, all in the hall's shared design.
  • Valet and delivery crews. Each driver carries a tip card tied to their own account.
  • Farmers markets and pop-ups. The organizer prints matching table signs for every vendor who accepts Cash App.

Tips

  • Get Cashtags in writing. Ask each person to copy their tag from the app and send it to you. One wrong letter sends money to a stranger.
  • Let each owner test their card. They should scan it and see their own name before you laminate anything.
  • Keep content.csv as your record. It shows which Cashtag went into which file, which helps when staff come and go.
  • Reprint after a change. A new Cashtag needs a new code. Update that row, download again, and replace the old card.

Need just one? The Cash App QR code generator handles single codes. Some vendors prefer Venmo? Make theirs with bulk Venmo QR codes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I paste cash.app links instead of Cashtags?

Enter the tags themselves. Each value in the column is turned into a cash.app/$cashtag link, so a full link pasted into a cell would not be read as a tag. Trim links down to the Cashtag first, with or without the $.

Can each code ask for a set amount?

No. The Cash App tool has a single Cashtag column, so every code opens that Cashtag's payment page and the payer enters the amount there. If you need a fixed price on each code, the PayPal, UPI, and Bitcoin tools each have a price or amount column.

How do I give each person the right file?

Leave File names on Best match. Each image is named after its Cashtag, for example 001-shopone.png, so you can send or print by name. The content.csv file in the ZIP also lists every row, its link, and its file name.

Can I put my shop's logo on all the codes?

Yes. The design you set applies to the whole batch. Upload your own logo as PNG, JPG, or SVG, or pick one of the 55 built-in logos, then add colors and a frame. Every code in the ZIP comes out with the same look.
