Instagram Profile Codes for Many Accounts

Bulk Instagram codes are for anyone who works with more than one account. A brand with a separate account for each store, a craft fair that prints a sign for every vendor, a gallery that labels each artist's work, an agency that handles social media for many clients: all of them need a code per profile. Paste the usernames and download the set. It is free, needs no sign-up, and the codes are static, so they never expire. Everything is made in your browser, and your list is never uploaded.

How to Make the Codes

  1. Fill the table. Paste a column of usernames from Excel or Google Sheets, or click Import CSV. The CSV template has a username header, and Load example fills in three sample accounts.
  2. Check the count. Blank rows are ignored, so the number of codes ready should match the number of accounts on your list. Fix any row the page flags before you download.
  3. Set the design once. Pick colors, a frame, and a logo for every code in the batch. A matching look helps vendor signs or store stickers read as one set.
  4. Choose file names and format. Best match uses each username, such as 001-shop-one.png. Pick PNG, SVG, or JPG.
  5. Download all (.zip). One image per account, plus content.csv as an index.

Use Cases

  • Multi-store brands. Each store's window sticker leads to its local account rather than the main brand page.
  • Markets and craft fairs. Organizers print a code for every vendor's booth sign so shoppers can follow the makers they like.
  • Art shows and galleries. A small label next to each piece links to the artist's profile.
  • Agencies. Make codes for every client account in one batch, then send each client their own file.

Tips

  • Copy usernames from the profiles themselves. Dots and underscores matter, so shop.one and shop_one are different accounts.
  • Remove duplicates and stray spaces. Sorting the list in your spreadsheet makes repeats easy to spot.
  • Scan a sample. Open a few codes from the ZIP and check that each one lands on the right profile.
  • Plan for renamed accounts. A printed code cannot be edited, so if an account changes its username, make a new code for that one row.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make codes for many Instagram accounts in one batch?

Yes. Put one username in each row, and each row becomes a code for that profile. A brand with an account per store, a market with dozens of vendors, or an agency with many clients can make them all in one pass.

My list has full profile links. Can I use them?

The column is made for usernames. If your sheet has links such as instagram.com/shop.one, copy only the username, here shop.one, into the table. With or without the @ sign, the username gives the same code.

How are the Instagram files named?

Best match names each file after the username in its row, so @shop.one becomes 001-shop-one.png. That makes it easy to send every account owner the right file. Choose Row number only if you prefer plain numbered names.

Can I paste a column of usernames from Google Sheets?

Yes. Click a cell in the table and paste, and the usernames fill in from that cell down. If the first row says username or Instagram username, it is read as a header. Blank rows are ignored.
