Calendar Codes for a Whole Schedule
One event code saves one date. A schedule needs a code for every entry: each session at a conference, each class in a term, each home game of the season, each program in a library's monthly flyer. Bulk mode turns that schedule into a set of add-to-calendar codes in one go. It is free, with no sign-up. The codes are static and never expire, and your schedule is processed in your browser without being uploaded.
Columns
| Column | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Event name (required) | The title of the calendar entry | Open house |
| Starts (required) | Date and time, or a date alone for an all-day event | 2026-12-05 10:00 |
| Ends | End date and time | 2026-12-05 14:00 |
| Location | Venue, address, or room | Main Street Library |
The All-day event switch and the description are on the single page only. For an all-day event in bulk, write the date without a time, such as 2026-12-19. If an event needs a description, make that code on the single page.
How to Turn a Schedule into Codes
- Fill the table. Copy your schedule from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it into the first cell, or use Import CSV. The CSV template uses the headers
name, start, end, andlocation. Load example shows an open house, a workshop, and an all-day holiday party. - Fix flagged rows. Any row without an event name or a start is flagged and stays out of the ZIP until you complete it.
- Set the design once. A frame and colors that match your event branding apply to every code in the set.
- Choose file names and format. Best match names files after each event, such as 001-open-house.png. Pick PNG, SVG, or JPG.
- Click Download all (.zip) to save one image per event.
Use Cases
- Conference agendas. Print a code next to each session on the room signs so attendees build their own schedule.
- Class timetables. A yoga studio or community college can post a code for every session in the term.
- Sports seasons. A club can put each home game on one poster, every date with its own code.
- Library and community programs. Each event in the monthly flyer gets its own code.
Tips
- Fix the date format before you copy. Spreadsheets often show 12/5/2026 or Dec 5. Change the column to the 2026-12-05 10:00 style first.
- Use 24-hour times. Write 18:00, not 6 PM, to match the format the table expects.
- Put the room in Location. When many sessions share one building, Room 204 tells attendees more than the street address.
- Test one timed and one all-day code. Add both to your own calendar and check the dates before you print the batch.
