Wi-Fi QR Codes for Every Room and Network
A hotel with a network on each floor, a coworking space with one per meeting room, a property manager with 30 rentals and 30 routers: each of them needs a stack of Wi-Fi codes, not just one. Bulk mode turns a list of network names and passwords into a ZIP of print-ready codes. It is free, needs no sign-up, and makes static codes that never expire. Everything runs in your browser, so your network list and passwords are never uploaded.
What Goes in Each Column
| Column | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Network name (required) | The SSID, exactly as phones show it. Capital letters matter. | Lobby-Guest |
| Network type | WPA, WPA2, WPA3, WEP, or none / open / nopass. Empty means WPA/WPA2/WPA3. | WPA |
| Password | The network password. Leave it empty for an open network. | welcome2026 |
The Hidden network option is not in the bulk table. If one of your networks does not broadcast its name, make that code on the single page.
How to Build the Batch
- Fill the table. Paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets, or click Import CSV. The CSV template has the header row
ssid, encryption, passwordand three sample networks, and Load example puts the same rows in the table. - Fix flagged rows. Any row without a network name is flagged, and it stays out of the ZIP until you fill it in.
- Set the design once. Your colors, a logo, a frame, and a size up to 4,000 px apply to every network's code.
- Choose file names and format. Best match names each file after its network, such as 001-lobby-guest.png. Pick PNG, SVG, or JPG.
- Click Download all (.zip). One image per network arrives in a single ZIP file.
Use Cases
- Hotel floors and suites. Print one code per floor network for the desk card in each room, all in the hotel's colors.
- Vacation rental portfolios. A manager with dozens of units can make a code for every router and slip each one into the right welcome binder.
- Offices and coworking spaces. Label each meeting room with its own network instead of writing a shared password on the whiteboard.
- Event venues. Give every hall or exhibitor zone a separate guest network with a matching sign.
Tips
- Copy SSIDs from the router settings, not from memory. Network names and passwords are case-sensitive, and one wrong letter breaks every scan of that code. Watch for stray spaces in passwords typed into a spreadsheet by hand.
- Treat content.csv like a password list. It records each row's values, passwords included, so store the ZIP somewhere private.
- Plan for password changes. A printed code cannot be edited. When passwords rotate, update the sheet, import it again, and reprint.
- Test one code of each network type, for example a WPA and an open network, on an iPhone and an Android phone before you print the full set.
