TikTok QR Codes for a Whole Roster

When a brand works with twenty creators, or a festival books thirty acts, every profile needs its own code on a card, badge, or program page. Making them one at a time invites typos. In bulk mode you list the usernames once and download a matching code for each, packed in one ZIP. It costs nothing and needs no account. The codes are static and never expire, and they are built in your browser, so the usernames stay on your device.

The Username Column

Each row becomes a link to that profile.

How to Build the Batch

  1. Load your usernames. Paste them from Excel or Google Sheets, use Import CSV, or download the CSV template (header username) and fill it in. Load example adds three sample handles.
  2. Confirm the count. Blank rows are dropped, and "QR codes ready" shows how many profiles made it in.
  3. Pick one look. Colors, a frame in one of 8 colors, a logo, and the size apply to the whole set, so every card in the roster matches.
  4. Name the files. Best match uses the username, and Row number only keeps names to numbers. Choose PNG, SVG, or JPG.
  5. Click Download all (.zip). One image per username lands in the archive, along with content.csv.

Who Uses TikTok Codes in Bulk

  • Ambassador programs. A beauty brand prints each ambassador's code on their business cards and sample bags.
  • Festival line-ups. The printed program carries a code beside every performer, so the crowd can follow acts after the set.
  • Store accounts. A chain where each location runs its own TikTok puts the right code on every counter sign.
  • Campus club fairs. A student union makes table signs for dozens of club accounts in one go.

Tips for Creator Lists

  • Watch dots and underscores. shop.one and shop_one are different accounts. Copy handles from each profile instead of retyping them.
  • Sort before you paste. Files are numbered 001, 002, and so on in table order, so order the sheet the way your program or card stack runs.
  • Let each creator check their card. A quick scan by the account owner catches a wrong handle before the print run.
  • Plan for renames. A changed username needs a new code. Make that one code again rather than the whole batch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I paste TikTok profile links instead of usernames?

Use usernames. Each value in the column becomes a tiktok.com/@username link, so a full profile URL would not be read as a handle. If your list holds links, trim them down to the username with find and replace in your spreadsheet before you paste.

How are file names built from usernames?

With Best match, each file is named after its username, minus the symbols. So @shop.one is saved as 001-shop-one.png. Because dots and underscores both turn into dashes, check content.csv in the ZIP when you need the exact handle behind each file.

Does my CSV need a header row?

No. Without one, the first column is read as usernames. If you include a header, use username (the CSV template's field name) or TikTok username, and it will be matched by name. Import CSV accepts comma, semicolon, or tab separated files.

Is there a limit on how many profiles I can add?

No. Add as many rows as you need. Thumbnails appear for the first 100 valid rows, and the ZIP includes all of them. The only practical ceiling is your device's memory, since the codes are made in the browser.
