WhatsApp Chat Codes in Bulk
Bulk WhatsApp codes come in two shapes. Some businesses keep one number and change the message: a café with a code on every table, a shop with a code on every product tag, a hotel with a code in every room. Others give every person their own chat, such as a sales team, a group of real estate agents, or a chain of branches. Bulk mode handles both from one table. It is free, needs no sign-up, and the static codes never expire. Numbers and messages are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.
Columns
| Column | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Phone Number (required) | The WhatsApp number, with its country code | +1 555 0100 |
| Text Content | A pre-filled message the sender can edit before sending | Hi! I have a question about table 1. |
The bulk table does not include the single page's Country/Area Code picker. Put the country code at the start of every number instead.
How to Make WhatsApp Codes from a List
- Fill the table. Paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets, click Import CSV, or download the CSV template, whose headers are
phoneandmessage. Load example shows three table codes that share one number. - Fix flagged rows. A message without a phone number is flagged and stays out of the ZIP until the number is added.
- Set the design once. Your colors, a logo, and a frame carry across every code, so the whole set looks consistent.
- Choose file names and format. Best match names files after the phone number, which repeats in a shared-number batch. In that case, pick Text Content under File names. Choose PNG, SVG, or JPG.
- Click Download all (.zip) for one image per row and a content.csv index.
Use Cases
- Product tags. Each tag pre-fills a question with the item name or SKU, so you know which product a customer means.
- Restaurant tables and hotel rooms. A message like Hi! Room 305 here tells staff who is asking before they reply.
- Sales teams. Every rep gets a code for their own number on business cards and flyers.
- Property listings. Each listing's sign opens a chat that already names the address.
Tips
- Put the identifier in the message. A table number, room, or SKU in every row makes chats easy to sort.
- Check country codes before you paste. Sort the Phone Number column to spot entries that lack a plus sign.
- Test on a real phone. Scan a few codes from the ZIP and confirm that each one opens the right chat with the right message.
- Keep messages to one line. Customers can still edit the text before they send it.
