UPI QR Codes for Every Table, Flat, or Order

When each payment needs its own code, bulk mode saves hours. A housing society can make a maintenance code for every flat, a restaurant can print one per table, and a coaching center can give each student a fee slip with the amount already filled in. Each row becomes a upi://pay code, and the whole set downloads as one ZIP. It is free, with no sign-up. The codes are static and never expire, and your UPI details are processed in your browser and never uploaded.

How to Make UPI Codes in Bulk

Fill the table. Paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets, use Import CSV, or download the CSV template, whose headers are upiId, payeeName, amount, and note. Load example adds two orders and a tips row with no amount.
Fix flagged rows. Any row without a UPI ID is flagged, and "rows need fixing" shows how many. Those rows are left out of the ZIP until fixed.
Design once. Colors, your logo, a frame, and the size apply to every code in the batch.
Pick file names and format. Best match uses the payment note, then the payee name, then the UPI ID. Choose PNG, SVG, or JPG.
Download all (.zip). content.csv inside lists each row, its upi://pay link, and its file.

Where Bulk UPI Codes Fit

Housing society maintenance. One row per flat, with the monthly amount and a note like "B-204 Nov".
Restaurant tables. One code per table, no amount, and the table number in the note.
Coaching fees. Each student's slip carries their fee amount and roll number.
Multi-branch shops. Each branch's UPI ID gets its own counter standee.

Tips for Payment Batches

Write amounts as plain numbers. Use 199 or 249.50, without the ₹ sign or commas.
Make every note unique. Notes drive the file names and make incoming payments easy to match.
Test each UPI ID once. Scan one code per UPI ID in a couple of UPI apps before printing the rest.
Print for the counter. Export SVG for standees and table tents, and laminate anything near food.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one batch mix fixed amounts and open amounts?

Yes. Fill Amount (INR) on rows with a set price and leave it empty where the payer should type the amount, such as tips. The example rows show both: two orders with amounts and a tips row without one.

Can different rows use different UPI IDs?

Yes. Every row is a separate code, so a business with several branches can make the codes for all of them in one batch. Only the UPI ID is required on each row; the payee name, amount, and note are optional.

Which column headers does Import CSV recognize?

The template's field names, upiId, payeeName, amount, and note, or the labels on the page, such as UPI ID (VPA) and Payment note. With a header row the columns can be in any order. Files can be comma, semicolon, or tab separated.

How are the files in the ZIP named?

With Best match, each file takes the payment note, so Order 1001 becomes 001-order-1001.png. Rows without a note use the payee name, then the UPI ID. Choose Row number only if you prefer plain numbers.
